Once your order leaves our bakery, it’s in the hands of the carrier. While we do everything we can to ship promptly, delivery dates may be affected by factors outside our control—like weather, high seasonal demand, or carrier delays.
If your package is delayed and you’re unable to resolve it with the carrier, please reach out to us at blueduckcreations@yahoo.com, and we’ll do our best to assist or make alternative arrangements.
Refunds & Replacements
Because our strudels are perishable, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to our usual high standards, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll happily review the situation and, if appropriate, issue a replacement or refund to ensure your satisfaction.
